Former Falcon Anthony Stacey
Roll Along You BG Warriors!
Re: Former Falcon Anthony Stacey
Congratulations Stace! I still think he would look better as the third assistant learning from Coach Jans. Can't think of a better recruiter for BG men's hoops, super personality and extremely likable guy.
Best of luck! Hopefully the next move is an hour futher west!

Yay! However, this may be good news, bad news. Demar Moore, former Falcon, was listed as the HC in 2012.
Give Stace a couple of years at SHS and he'll be ready for BG. Sadly, he was not full time at Medina. Geeze, I wish he could have be considered for assistant coach at BG.

The article said his number was retired at BG. I didn't think that was true.

I don't think so either. Nate, Jimmy Darrow, Butch Komives, yes..Anthony? Not sure.Globetrotter wrote:The article said his number was retired at BG. I didn't think that was true.

Re: Former Falcon Anthony Stacey
The last time I knew, only #42 has been retired.
Re: Former Falcon Anthony Stacey
I could be wrong here, but I believe his jersey was retired and not his number. Those are two different things. If you retire a number, it can't be worn again. But if you retire a jersey, others can still wear the number that was on a jersey that was retired.
GO BG!!!
