Tough loss to open Kent State series

BG led KSU 5-4 in the top of the 8th but gave up a two-out, three-run HR to fall 7-5. Gotta get one of these next two games. Kent State simply has given BG fits over the recent years. Falcons are just 4-21 against the Flashes in the last decade.

BG finally gets past Kent State today, 8-6. Rubber match tomorrow, go and get it Falcons!

Both games have been GREAT college baseball. Looking forward to taking the series today! :-D
