I can watch YouTube videos and see that outside of Holmes and possibly Parker, these guys are SIGNIFICANT athletic upgrades to anyone Orr brought to us in 7+ years

We have a pretty good idea of who will be coming back although anything is possible we move ahead with the belief that those on the roster will stay there.
We have some idea who these signings are because of videos we can see, statistics, level of play, coaches comments so on and so forth. We don't know how they will actually be at a different level however, we have watched basketball and have seen similar information on previous recruits and can compare and project.

The videos of Joseph were unimpressive, but his numbers, 13.9 ppg and 6.3 apg (and good percentages) for a 24-8 JC team ARE impressive.

The videos of Worrell are impressive and so are his quotes, but then again, so were James Erger's. However, there's no mistaking his hops. It's harder to gauge HS numbers because really good teams oftern blow out opponents and pull starters earlier. The fact the so many other good D1 programs were after Worrell is the most meaningful indicator.

The one video that I saw didn't show him doing much of anything, just making mundane, ordinary plays. Not to say he looked bad, just that the videos didn't expose much. If I missed something, let me know.

Not really. Just looking for your interpretation. I liked his handles in traffic and his aggressiveness to the hoop. i agree the video isn't all that telling.

It's one thing to have a reputation as a great recruiter but it's another thing to confirm that on your first month on the job. 4 official visits, 4 commits. With our campus and facilities this should become the norm.

Also, kudos to the SID staff for including what other offers the players had in the press releases. We hadn't been doing that before and it's great that we are now. When the classes are ranked by pre-season magazines they look for stuff like that.
