The "Director of Ticket Operations" position in the athletic department was also just posted a couple weeks ago.

I renewed season tickets and added a Falcon Club membership again for the first time in a few years.

I believe "tickets" were another part of the department that the previous administration "farmed out", and some of those people worked for them. I heard that Joe was going to work for Ticketmaster in Iowa or Illinois and don't know about Bill.
