A 6'2 , 283 lb LB? Pretty impressive, but I'll bet on the DT spot 1st.

Still, good to hear and not surprised about the ILL. Connection.

Coach Lewis is our point-person for the Chicago/Illinois area and it looks like he was the recruiter. Kramer also attended a BG camp for the coaches to see him perform. A lot of great (and general, NCAA compliant) tweets from the staff.

Defensive line is one of the toughest positions to fill and the good ones get scooped up quickly.

So, based on this article, he doesn't appear to be set with BG...plans on Ill. and ..... GAD! WMU camps and/or visits.... hope we can keep him, but this doesn't even indicate he'd verballed to us.

What are they doing up there at WMU, giving out free cars to recruits? How on earth is a coach who bad one win (by one point over UMass!!) able to get so many great athletes to commit?

Rivals BG home page does show him as a 6/5/2014 commitment. We lost a couple of the 2014 summer commitments last year so it's early.

The Rivals article is dated 6/4....which means they talked to him sometime prior to that. He committed to BG on 6/5.....
