Thanks for finding and posting. Very insightful. The last answer made me feel a lot better than the first. I really like how he addressed what will fix the growing pains. Coach Babers self-awareness is excellent. I'm pumped! Can't wait for the season to get here!

I like what I've seen of coach Babers so far...He answers questions honestly and doesn't resort to coachspeak that often and he he seems like he has a sense of humor about himself.

Dino is a really likable guy, I'm just trying not to get too attached to him because if he has success this year, I don't think he'll be around in 2015.
