Recruiting...not sure who the first one is a reference to but the second ...I presume...is a reference to QB Morgan (air) and RB Hart (ground) . They can't name recruits until they sign, but they can talk generically about people making a verbal commitment. I think it's a great way to let prospects know the bat (yeah PJ...I went there) is filling up
