Anybody know what's going on with Anthon Samuel if anything? He is eligible for Florida International this year after sitting out last year as a transfer. However, he's listed on the team roster but nowhere to be found on the depth chart. Six players had carries in their opener against Bethune-Cookman but none of them were named Anthon Samuel. It will be sad if his career is over with the transfer from BG.

He didn't play last week due to a hand injury suffered in camp.
Yesterday FIU defeated Wagner 34-3. Samuel had 10 carries for 26 yards and his first Golden Panther TD.
I've been looking out for him as I enjoyed watching him play, loved his running style.

I was bummed when we lost Samuel. But one could argue that we are actually better at RB now with who we replaced him with. The same, however, can't be said about losing our QB.
