Please do not come down to a FG with this wind. 3 punts already under 23 yards. One missed FG and barely made the other. We need a TD

Roger Lewis and the Baylor kids (Rhodes?) for the next 3 years? Yes, please!

The defense's bend but don't break effort was pretty good. It's obvious that we miss lynch and our corners just aren't good enough to play press coverage. The 4th down stops kept us in the game while the offense got going.

Good team effort and were at 2-1 where a lot of people thought we'd be all along.

Knapke and Lewis had unbelievable games! Especially Kuh-Nap-Kee (I had no idea that was the pronunciation), for a second start to beat a Big 10 team - Wow!

Craziest game I've ever been to. Definitely a big win and erases the bad taste from the start of the year. Hopefully we didn't lose Hunter for a long time.

Quick thoughts:
- My goodness Roger Lewis is a monster. That kid is going to play on Sundays. He was the best player on the field today.

- Knapke has a ton of talent. Our offensive talent overall is the best we've had since the early 00s.

- Defense still has issues, but I liked the effort better today. Still too much cushion, but our corners aren't press specialists either.

- This makes that WKU game sting a little bit more doesn't it?

1) And only a FRESHMAN

2) Absolutely...kid is calm under pressure.

3) Agreed. Some issues remain, tackling and the cushion, but the D also came up with BiG plays today.

4) Yeah, it does. But we still have a chance to be 3-1 after the first 4. Now, can we beat Wisky? Will be very difficult but that's why they play the games.

Did ya get in the door flip? We were at campus pollyeyes but the line was way out the door, saw it was at Myles as well. So awesome to have a great bg atmosphere today!good tailgating, great crowd, then everyplace in town packed with a bunch of happy falcon fans. Loved it!

And of course the. There is the game which is quite simply the best home game I've seen in years. I'm so glad to be playing this type of football again. When we went up early I said we had it perfect to let iu score and get the ball back for the last possession. We did. We did what I hoped/expected. And then we celebrated our first win over a big 10 for in quite awhile.

As for the calls being discussed during the game I agreed with all of them and still do. Be aggressive and take the game right at the opposition. Bummer we didn't get that inside kick or the two point conversion but no problems with either of the decisions at all. Nice to see us playing that style. Had to listen to a whole lotta bitching from old guys behind me that just don't get it yet. Give it time...you all will buy in. The stats back up aggression....quite happy to see a staff that sees that instead of boring ass field position football. And it's already manifested itself with more wins over bcs conference teams than the previous regime.

Lewis is awesome. Our 3/4 star recruits rarely live up to their hype but this guy will break some of Barnes records at this rate.

Props to Knapke. He scared me and impressed me. He's learning on the fly. Only going to get better.
