There are 1,500 tickets remaining for Saturday UMass vs. Bowling Green game. Students tickets are sold out. Game is expected to sell out.

Suspect there are some tickets being held back for walk-up sales, but the Ticketmaster site is currently showing 24 available seats. Should be a fun game to watch and glad it's on CAMPUS!!

Finish touches going in and Ribbon cutting today at 4 PM and Prep Rally and dedication of press box later todays and finally fireworks tonight.

I listened to Coach Babers and also Brian Sutton and Roger Williams in the weekly press conference. Everybody is taking this game seriously. The points I brought up here (UMass could be 2-2, playing far better than last year, played a brutal non-conf schedule, home for the first time, emotional game, packed stadium, etc) are the same points Coach Babers brought up and echoed by the players. I'm hoping that adds up to nobody overlooking this game. We all know how many times Brandon coached teams overlooked games, and under Clawson we all remember the massively disappointing 2011 game at Kent where Coach Clawson took responsibility for not preparing the team.

The offense should be able to score a ton of points so long as Knapke plays well. Defense, well I'm hoping they improve greatly when playing a team that doesn't have an NFL caliber offensive line.

UMass will be a test...as others have said, they aren't the UMass of the last few years. I like BG 44-24...the D plays better but still a long way to go.

UMass is getting a RB back today who was held out for the first four games. Sounds like they expect him to help open things up with their running game.
