Chance to earn his Masters degree at no charge? Go for it. Same as Jess Slagle taking advantage of TSUN.

Now taking an Asst. Coaches job like Anthony did and then saying he had been dressing in the wrong colors all those years - well pull the number off the wall.

4 graduate assistants at Akron not even counting the video coordinator. Do we have a graduate assistant? (And why can't Slagle get the same opportunity here?)

Speaking of Akron, I think Keith Dambrot was the most disappointed person there was after Louis Orr was let go. Dambrot and Akron owned - make that OWNED - BG and made both Anderson Arena and the Stroh Center the Zips' personal playground. Akron has won something like 19 of the last 20 games against BG and has won something like the last 10 games in BG.

I do recall Dambrot saying after one of the games that they recruited Cam Black out of high school, but he chose BG instead. So there's obviously some sort of relationship there too.

Jess Slagle is no longer with UT. Not sure what she's doing, but it's outside the world of college athletics.
