Two things...

1. This is awful to watch....I know the weather is bad, but make some adjustments.

2. I consider it being unprepared to not have gloves for the receivers that can handle some wet conditions. If Adidas doesn't make them, buy some from another company that work better. Maybe instead of 2 extra helmets, black and grey jerseys, white spikes, etc, we can focus on the details that actually matter.

When we complete a pass to the outside, are we tossing the same soaked ball back in play because we have to snap the ball within 10 seconds? Take a couple extra seconds and get a dry-ish ball.
