You can buy as far ahead in advance as you want at the stroh office , bought mine for tonight back in September (not season tickets, kicking myself for that now) .

Having said that, my tickets for Miami didn't work on the scanners, then after we sat down guys came to our row and had tickets for our seats! Fortunately they were cool guys and there was enough room, but kind of annoying. Really doubt anyone was counterfeiting haha, so obvious mix up in their system.

Have also noticed that the level of service varies big time between the students working the ticket office. Had one that refused to give me a receipt until I started to get pissed and his boss back at a desk noticed.

None of it was the end of the world but I'd hate to have more casual fans have a bad experience buying tickets and decide not to bother with the hassle.

The one that started the avalanche was put in by our own guy.

Had BG pulled it out, people would be talking about the exciting game for years to come. Unfortunately, the loss will lead to lots of bi****** about the ineptitude of our own ticket office and the inability of campus police to handle traffic for large crowds. I mean, it should take from 7:15 till 7:55 to get from the corner of Mercer and Wooster to a parking spot, right? Although, if you came from Poe Road, it was less than 5 minutes.

The @bg_creatures are sitting next to OSU's student section. Wonder which one will be louder? #lumbus #theuprising

3 - 2 Win Tonight. Way to bounce back.

Last night was amazing. Great crowd and great atmosphere. For those that had to wait in line last night, there is a novel idea of ordering ahead of time and as I walked up and saw a few hundred people waiting to get in it reminded me of the 80s' when that happened EVERY game. The idea of going out to dinner before wasn't happening because people started lining up at 5pm outside the area. I hope this happens EVERY weekend for the rest of the year. Casual fans came last night because it was Ohio State regardless of cheering for BG or OSU. That team plays just as hard and just as good against all teams so don't be afraid to come to a few more games to support BG.

Go Falcons.

It was a great game today, and im glad I made the trip down there. Their student section was kinda sad, and their huge arena made it so quiet in there. Kind of a bad place if they want a true home ice advantage like BG has.

If the atmosphere at the game Friday can be described as "electric", Saturday night's vibe was "Amish".

this is my BGSU hockey dream. where if you don't buy in advance or have season tickets, you're sod out of luck.
we're not there yet (might take another conference realignment), but it can happen again.

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
