Nice to see a great start to Mac play and a win over the bobcats!

That was awesome!
Re: BG v OU
There is a fire burning here. The flames are getting a little bigger with each game. The Akron game will be a good indicator after Toledo stuffed them Friday night.
Re: BG v OU
Real nice win as BG led start to finish . Sure missed having any students there because of break because it was really quiet but I'll gladly take the win.
GO BG!!!

I thought the fans were simply stunned. They just don't know how to act in this situation anymore. I'm sure we'll learn.BGSU33 wrote:Real nice win as BG led start to finish . Sure missed having any students there because of break because it was really quiet but I'll gladly take the win.
I proudly chose to be a Falcon and a Falcon I will remain until the end.

I agree. BG fans forgot how to cheer. Like I said for roughly seven straight years. Louis Orr put this program to sleep from top to bottom. It is getting better game by game. Find some students this weekend, and it will keep getting better. Oh, and let the band play when the team goes on a run. Holmes dunk, crowd tries to cheer, PA announcement.

Unfortunately to fund a DI program that dunk needs to be sponsored by Tim Hortons. I wish the band would be free to play all timeouts and breaks after the under 12 of the 2nd half. If the game is tight down the stretch we need the environment (no promotions or ads) and if it is a blowout we need the celebration because that is the best advertisement you can have to get people to return.guest44 wrote:I agree. Students or no students, big crowd or small crowd, there have been so many BG games over the last 20 years in football and basketball that I can think of that I basically want to scream at the crowd to make some damn noise. I'm clapping and yelling and people around me act like I'm doing it in a library. Many of our fans do a great job of sitting there like like are watching a movie. When we're on defense, make some damn noise. Help the team out. The most damn noise we often here is when they are throwing out free t-shirts that are plastered with so many ads on them you're only likely to wear them mowing the grass.FalconTurf wrote:Unfortunately to fund a DI program that dunk needs to be sponsored by Tim Hortons.
