In basketball, could we add an annual game with Toledo in those years when we only play them once?

In football, I don't see much application for us, although it might have been fun to keep the Miami series going.

I remember a pair of MAC teams doing this in football one year maybe a decade back. Might have been Akron and one of the directional Michigan schools. BG has been doing this in baseball with MAC West teams that aren't on our MAC schedule.

If you recall, in 1994, Central Michigan won the MAC with an 8-1 record. We finished second with a 7-1 record. At that time, about half the league played a nine game conference schedule. I'd hate to go back to that, though.
