Plain Dealer lists the Cleveland area recruits and I see 5 listed for BG. Love that. So important to hit the Cleve/Akron/ Canton/Ytown areas hard. Way too much talent to not be getting our fair share. tsun has 5 as well and, I hate to say it, they recurit NE Oh well.

I'm looking over some highlight videos on the athletic department website. Few quick notes from what I've seen ...
- Janarvis Pough adjusts under the ball very nicely
- Scotty Miller has a lot of Ronnie Moore in him
- Antonyo Sotolongo looked like the fastest player on the field by a wide margin on his pick 6 play. Great stride. And he's majoring in forensic psychology. My MS is in digital forensics and one of my grad school mentors is a forensic psychologist, so I definitely respect a young man with ambitions in that field. I obviously don't know the guy and know nothing other than a bio and a highlight video, but I've gotta say first impressions are good.
- Deric Phouthavong has a good sized body for a WR. If Chris Gallon can make a comeback next year, then with Phouthavong, Gallon, and Dieter we will have three good sized WRs. I just remember so well how Steve Sanders opposite of Charles Sharon created matchup nightmares and I'd love to see that again this next year.
- Nico Lautanen and Jack Kramer both have a bit of Chris Jones in them. We'll need some new guys at DT quickly, especially bigger guys who can contribute fast. I think we've found who we need.
