PROBLEMS WITH LOG INS
For past 3-4 days, I've run into problems while trying to log on to AZZ..... asks for my screen name and password EVERY time I try to get on... has not been a problem before...so I can't figure out what the problem is, other than I DO use my I-pad frequently....(but never had this prob. previously).

I haven't had that problem at all. Did you install something new that blocks cookies?

Re: PROBLEMS WITH LOG INS
The log-in issue is generally a cookie issue. Either you have a very restrictive anti-virus or firewall preventing the saving of cookies, or there is a bug in your copy of Firefox. Also, if you got a ton of ads at one point, this could be a lingering effect of that.

Re: PROBLEMS WITH LOG INS
I had problems like this with all my logins in IE when I was running Norton 360 after every scan was done. Haven't had an issue since switching to another antivirus.
Re: PROBLEMS WITH LOG INS
Norton 360 can be configured to leave specific cookies. It clears cookies because they are deemed a security risk but it can be configured to leave certain cookies alone.fredthefalcon wrote:I had problems like this with all my logins in IE when I was running Norton 360 after every scan was done. At any rate, Dennis, you're log in cookie for AZZ is definitely getting cleared somehow, or your browser has been configured not to save cookies by some other piece of security software that you may have recently installed.
