Planters Nuttiest Fan Vote!!!

Post by UK Peregrine »

Alright a new project for us. I just received an email telling me to go to http://www.planters.com/promotions/nuttyfan/ and vote for UK. I did what they asked and went to the site, but then voted for BG of course. The winning school of this contest gets $10,000 donated to their athletic department. So it's time to make push for BG at this money. Everyone can vote once a day, every day from as many email addresses that you have, so get VOTING FALCONS! The vote ends on 4/3/05.

Just voted with my four email addresses, I'm sure I have one more, just have to remember what it is. Everyone needs to vote. Every vote counts, I think we heard that before. The right man won, and now let the right school win.

I just looked at the results so far. I can see all of the OSU fans now, mad because it doesn't say The Ohio State University. Oh well, too bad for them. Suck an egg.

I was planning on voting but I am not going to now simply because someone brought politics into this. If Bush was ever the right man for anything I would be very interested in knowing what that was? The environment? The Texas Rangers? His Oil Businesses? Our Budget? I guess gun totin', bible thumpin', gay bashin, rednecks might be a legitimate answer.

Germaine, lets just worry about your grammar problem and not rip people apart for their views. He didn't attack you, and it is completely immature, childish and disgraceful that you have that little respect for differing opinions.

People like you are the reason I hate politics.

I don't see where I attacked him.

I don't see how I was the first person to bring politics into this.

And I don't see how I had a grammar problem in that last post and how said grammar problem, if existent, could have made what I wrote difficult to understand.

Funny, I don't ever remember coming on here and ripping anyone apart for anything that they have stated, or called anyone names. Seems to me like someone needs to calm down. And what does my political view have to do with anything that is BG and voting in the fan poll? To call me a redneck is way out of line, but if I offended anyone with what I said in the first post, get over it. It's not like I got on here and said that anyone that anyone that didn't vote for Bush is wrong, and I respect that there are people that have different opinions. You will never see me come on here and bash anyone personally. It sounds to me like someone has a complex and needs to deal with it. We are all here for BG, and there is no need to bash anyone. But you didn't hurt my feelings with what you said, because you're going to have to deal with the fact that you have to deal with Bush a little longer. If you want to get personal.

Ok. I am glad that Id id not offend you because I didnt want to. It was not a direct attack on you in any form. I swear that people on this board have a problem with reading comprehension. If you are including yourself amongst that group I noted than that is your doing not mine. I was just attempting to use it as an instrument to show why you should not bring politcs into this arena.

If someone could show me where I wrote Houston Falcon is this or Houston falcon is that then please do so, because I don't remember doing it. What I did was use a broad stroke to paint all Bush supporters with. The reality is that those I mentioned are who Bush appeals to, the reality is also that those I mentioned are not the only group that Bush appeals to.
