Thanks for sharing video Poltergeist.

These seniors have gone through the fire. First by coming to a place that wasn't desirable and then freshman year riding the belief all the way to the "joe". Increasing the win total every year they have been here and then on the verge of making the NCAA tournament for the first time in 25 years as seniors.

Thanks boys for being Falcons your dedication is truly appreciated.

Don't let the ride end.

That video was shown at yesterday's Senior Recognition Banquet. This senior class (along with Carpenter, Perrier, and Hafner) were Coach Bergeron's first recruiting class (not counting Cam Wojtala, his first year) and he was quite emotional about the journey they have gone through in these 4 years. The seniors gave great speeches, but Dan DeSalvo's was the last and the best one. He was very emotional about his feelings for the coaches who gave him a chance to play D1 hockey and the teammates that mean so much to him. Kingston also gave a REALLY great speech too! All agreed that this team is not done and that there is much left to add to the senior's story!!

Sweep the Wildcats!!

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

It shows what true dedication to rebuilding a great tradition one year at a time can be. Patience can be tough but the Seniors have built a legacy.

This ride isn't over until we say it's over. Go for broke boys and bring home the hardware. Proud of the season record. GO FALCONS.
