Re: Recruiting 2015
We have offered Mychal Mulder 6-4 184 Wing from Windsor, Canada. Juco who plays at Vincennes U. He seems like a longshot offers from creighton, Missouri, Wichita State, Interest from Louisville, Indiana and Ga TEch.

I think it was mentioned somewhere else but Brady Ernst torn his ACL going into the playoffs. Thats a tough situation having not signed yet. He was reportedly down to us and FGCU. I wonder if its a preferred walk-on situation now.

Austin Pope has committed to the University of HawaiiGlobetrotter wrote:Austin Pope, 3-star JUCO point guard from North Idaho College relays to 247Sports that he has been offered by Oklahoma State and Bowling Green.fredthefalcon wrote:24/7 reports an offer to North Idaho College PG Austin Pope, 6'6" good vertical. Only two offers thus far--BG and Okie State. Apparently he has bounced around. Shows a year at Saddlebrook College without playing ball; last year at Cerritos College averaging 7.4 ppg, and now at North Idaho. Hard to believe we would want another JUCO PG with all the players that can play that position right now. Here's the link: http://247sports.com/Player/Austin-Pope-25930" target="_blank
Pope is a lanky point guard at 6-foot-6, 185 pounds. The 247Sports Composite considers him to be the No. 2 JUCO player in the 2015 class and the No. 1 JUCO point guard.
"They're coaching staff seems really energetic and excited about me," Pope said of Oklahoma State. Bowling Green and Oklahoma State are Pope's first two offers.
Nailed it Fred!

An Indiana guard is leaving the program. He said he wasn't getting enough playing time and wanted to be closer to home. Ohio is one state closer to his home. Lol. He will have 2 seasons remaining. Be curious if Jans would go after him. We will need a PG after next year. Couldn't hurt

I'm sure all possibilities will be looked at, including de-commits resulting from coaching changes. I saw the other day that former Miami - Ohio coachgmartin wrote:An Indiana guard is leaving the program. He said he wasn't getting enough playing time and wanted to be closer to home. Herb Sendek was fired after 9 years at Arizona State. In the process, I believe two or more of his incoming 2015 recruits decommitted due to the change in coaches.

This is something that happens every year and could be a source of players for BG for next year. I believe that's how Worrell ended up at BG

Thats a smart man. His parents have the money to afford it. Your welcome Chauncey and thanks for your 2 and 1/2 years here.
Re: Recruiting 2015
D2 schools give full athletic scholarships. Only added cost is transportation to go home, and who wants to do that from Hawaii!

Re: Recruiting 2015
Verbal Commitments indicates that BG has offered 6'11" Alonzo Campbell out of Gahanna Lincoln. Only other offer is reported as from Wright State. I'll leave it to others for videos/insight/scouting.

There is no link for any of the transfers other than Verbal commits. They usually site their source.
