Question about Nike and possible new uniforms

The contract with adidas appears to have expired in May of 2014 and the Nike one likely doesn't come fully into effect until fall 2015 so teams are playing out the adidas relationship in adidas uniformes while beginning the Nike relationship with shoes/equipment prior to when custom uniforms can be created. Yeah, there was an odd transition there. Football was the last team to have all adidas equipment, though, the bowl travel suits were nike. Winter sports have been a mix of adidas uniforms and nike accessories. Seems like the same for spring, you can see tennis players with adidas sweats and nike tops.

Even though you see Nike uniforms in the pictures, doesn't mean they have completely switched from Adidas. Anything they have ordered since the Nike agreement went into effect was ordered from Nike, but many teams have more than one uniform, and they wear them for multiple years. The team are not required to be completely switched over to Nike until 2016, and there might even be a few exception after that.

If it is like past uniform / helmet changes, the first big public appearance is the fall sports family day around the time classes start. There might also be a web promo to show them off. Nike likes doing such promos.

Teams are dropping new unis every day for the upcoming season.

Anyone have an idea when we might see ours?

MAC Media Day is next week. It's possible that we could see something by then, but if not, my assumption is that the reveal would be soon after.

First game is in 46 days. I'll say sometime in the 1st half of that timeframe, so within the next 3 weeks.

I guarantee they have them in-house already. Photo Day and Media Day are what like 7 to 14 days away?

I could be wrong, but I believe that's the case, yes.

And yes, MAC Media Day is next week (Wednesday, if I remember correctly).

I'd forgotten about BGSU's own media day, but that is typically 1-2 weeks following the conference event, and that's when the team photos are taken...so, I guess we'll know what they look like no later than then.
