Well unlike most I do NOT like Brown jerseys. These aren't bad though because unlike the Brown jerseys we've had in the past they have some orange and offer a bit more flash than our last ones.

I do see the similarities to the Browns unis, but they're not identical. I would have been pretty shocked to NOT see some similarities there though to be honest.

I just hope we see the return of the orange on orange look. THAT was sweet. And anything that gets rid of those lameass "wings" on the shoulders is a very welcome change!

My understanding is we will have white, orange and brown pants and jerseys. We can mix and match. Plus an orange and white helmet. Heard rumblings on twitter about a possible chrome helmet too.

Wow. I really like them! Much better then what we were using.

We can all nitpick. Overall, I really like them. Glad to see brown, and the white shoulders are very cool.

I'm with SF. LOVE the BROWN!! Love the BG patch in the middle.

Can't wait to see them in 40 days in Nashville.

The orange jerseys look awesome! I haven't gotten to watch the video yet but the browns did the wording down the pmts and I love that look.

Good stuff from Nike. I hope sbx or the bookstore can get some accurate replicas of these. I might finally be tempted to get one.

Orange set definitely looks better. Brown isn't bad though.

Also take into account the photography much better on the orange graphic.

The brown version gets short changed here because the model is not wearing any pads under the pants. Plus, the jersey is untucked and the model isn't exactly ripped. Could that be a marketing intern that's modeling that brown version?

I like something new but will hold final judgment until I see the team in full gear in Nashville.

I love that we're getting a brown jersey again. I'm disappointed that Nike couldn't be bothered to use our fonts for the script, chest, or back numbers. It looks like the TV numbers might be our font, though. Then again, this was a rush job. They only had a few months to throw this together, so hopefully the next iteration will be more polished.

All in all, I'd call it an upgrade from the wing templates that Adidas gave us.

Nike had almost a year to put these together, plenty of time. For all we know, the university could have requested they use the stitching instead of the font or there simply wasn't enough room for it to go between the numbers and the collar. I think the BG logo on the front collar makes up for it however in terms of design and functionality. I really like these, BG looks like a legitimate FBS program now instead of those hideous Adidas jerseys.

I'm not much of a fan at all of the brown jersey, but it might have more to do with it being matched up with brown pants and the white helmet. Looks dull and very bland. Switch it up with orange pants and helmet and I probably like it better. But that orange helmet/orange jersey/white pants is BADASS!!! The new jersey in orange looks great. I would also LOVE to see white helmet/white jersey/orange pants like we wore at Indiana two years ago. We didn't go with that combo last year. Or orange helmet/white jersey/orange pants. I love that combo too.
