Guys looked solid. Burke played better than 3 goals sounds. 2 of them he didn't really have a chance on. We looked pretty damn good in their zone, absolutely pinned the puck down there. Our scoring ability could be scarey if the guys mesh just a little bit more. Also, once again buckeye home attendance was pretty sad. Subtract the students and we probably outnumbered them (again).

Swept the Schmuckeyes!! 2 late goals gives BG a 2-0 win. OSU started the game strongly and outshot BG in the first period and BG took some bad penalties early but OSU couldn't capitalize. After that point it was pretty much all BG and it was only a matter of time until the Falcons found the net. Great game!

Sidebar - whoever in the athletic department said to find the best looking young women at BGSU and make them ice dancers...gold star to that person!! Our nickname of beautiful girl state university is alive and well!

I apologize for the bad headline on the homepage, too.

Personally, I didn't think BG looked good at all until the last 10 minutes of the game. Give OSU credit for disrupting whatever BG was trying to get going.

While he may not have made the score sheet last night, Schilling is a beast. Wouldn't surprise me if he won the league ROTY. Really hope that line stay together for awhile (Schilling-Bednard-Reichert).
