Falcon Apparel

Post by WhiteBarksdale »

So Im hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

I often see the athletes sporting some gear that I like and I think to myself " Hey! I would wear that" For example, the BGSU Baseball Team Hat.

But then I go on the BGSU official bookstore webpage, and its just s**t. I cant find anything. We are now sponsored by Nike but there is hardly any Nike apparel on there. It all just looks like knock-off trash. And if you go to the SBX website, still nothing that Im looking for. And all the third party distributors have the same trash.

Im just looking for an official looking hoodie, and the bgsu baseball team hat, with the interlocking logo + falcon head. (same logo on our helmets)

HELP ME

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but these are my favorite BG hats (fitted) out there: http://www.lids.com/ncaa/bowling-green-falcons/20544033" target="_blank

I have felt the same. Have had family friends play and found in past years that what they wore was a precursor for a year later. I have a couple of the warm ups but had to wait

Dunno about the sideline gear, necessarily, but if you can get to BG actually walking IN to both the bookstore and SBX is worth your time. I don't know why their websites have such a shoddy selection compared to the stores themselves, but that's been my experience as well. Kinda pathetic in 2015, really.

I'm especially a fan of the TD Tuesdays at the bookstore. With this team we've already had a couple of Tuesdays where the entire store was 30% off. In the stores they both carry Nike, Under Armour, and other high quality items.

As for the actual team issued gear, I do know the athletic dept usually has a sale to ditch that old gear. Last year it was in the Stroh Center lobby sometime in the late winter/early spring, I believe.

SBX and the team shop both carry all the sideline gear. Polos, pullovers, 1/4 zips, jackets, hats, visors.

To add on to Hammb's, post. Friday's is 20% off everything in the team shop and bookstore. I have been really impressed with the selection and deals on merchandise. And just about every style is offered in orange and brown.

I 100% agree and have thought the exact same thing. If you walk into the stores you see current items and a wide variety, but if you look online it looks like they're selling surplus items from 1983. Never understood this one bit, especially considering how much people shop online nowadays.

Fanatics has a good variety of apparel as well, including the new Nike coaches polos and zip up long-sleeve jackets.
