I suspected we'll see orange helmet, brown face mask, brown jersey and orange pants against Toledo.

Same. Guessing it looks different under the lights vs sunlight.

Our jerseys have looked red on TV (esp. ESPN) for at least 11 years. Still remember someone texting me during the '04 GMAC Bowl, "Why are we wearing red?"

WMU will be doing a white out tomorrow night, hence our all-orange look. Wanted to clarify for those who noticed the rare "home" look for us on the road. Go Falcons!

Typically when a team does the "white out" they urge all the fans to wear white too. Pretty easy thing to do in a September game, everyone has a white t-shirt. Being mid November in Michigan with a good chance of rain, I'm wondering how many fans have white coats or rain suits.

I absolutely love our all orange look, but our record in the last 3 years while wearing that combo has been, well, not good. I would have liked to see us go all brown, since we haven't seen that yet and we have already seen the all orange this year. Maybe that wasn't an option. One team wearing brown with white trim and the other team wearing white with brown trim might be too similar?

WMU is wearing a white military themed helmet.

No word if they plan on wearing a Navy dress uniform. Gotta row the boats.
