This was a horrible match up for BG under the circumstances. If it's a dry field and perfect conditions, BG may well outscore them. But given bad weather and not being able to match up to stop the option was too much.

Lesson to be learned here - If you need the defense to play a great game don't distract the defensive coordinator with interm coaching duties. This offense was going to be a challenge to stop if everyone was staying in place. Very disappointing but this is the what can happen when you get everything screwed up with coaching changes.

It shouldn't surprise any of us. The D has been bad all year. Now they are out of energy and won't be a factor again
