Here's hoping the coaches have a charter directly :smt051 :smt051 to Syracuse so they don't stink up the team plane!

Did someone disguise Toledo in Georgia Southern uniforms? I thought Toledo only brought out the worst in us. Good Lord.

Yep. This game didn't help Lewis whatsoever. In fact it proved why he needs to come back. He's got more to develop. The NFL will be there in due time.

I'm not going to let a pointless exhibition game ruin the great season this team had. Tonight was the perfect storm of miscues, being unfocused and facing a unique offense. We saw similar against Toledo.

Did anyone check the coaches box to make sure McCleod wasn't calling the defenses tonight? ;-)

Yeah I unfortunately thought we'd see an effort like this. I'm not sure BG even practiced.

This was sick. Internet porn is more satisfying than watching this crap. I hope Jinks has someone who knows defense.

Doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the season either.

It's a pointless exhibition after we lost the man that made our team special. We had a tough matchup without our coach. We may have lost this game with Dino but without him we had little hope.

When their defense adjusted we had no answers.

And our defense has been pretty well garbage. We've never had a disciplined fundamnetal defense, which is what it takes to stop the option

Just a terrible performance....Id love to see the real balance sheet on how much this game cost us financially. Nothing like losing money to go down and get your a$$ kicked.

Congrats to Georgia Southern....they came to play and flat out shoved it on us.

Things I want the new coaching staff to improve by next season... A focus on improved tackling( guys aren't wrapping up, poor effort overall). A defense that can stop the run (need our recruiting focus to be on the DL and LBs)...special teams that are effective ( ie Tyler Tate).

Crappy way to send our seniors out but I can't see these guys getting jacked up for a glorified exhibition game 2 days before Xmas. Southern a playing in there first bowl game and it means so much more to their players and program

It is quite obvious that we did not want this game nearly as much as GSU. We obviously don't now.

I thought we might lose, but I didn't expect to get blown out. This does sour the season for me a good bit. Not all of it but, but a lot. The fact we send our seniors off like this and have to sit on the performance for 8 months, it's a killer. We're MAC Champs but were taken behind the woodshed by the 3rd place Sun Belt team. Very disappointing way to end a good season.
