Hope to see us keep rolling against a very good EMU team. Sat we're at tsun and we'll be at savage for the game...and then down 75 for hockey against Tech.

Don't look now but BG is starting to gel, taking down 13-5 EMU, 67-63!!! 8-9, 4-4 MAC. Myers had 18 while Tibbs and Lambert had 14 each.

This was a GREAT win for the Falcons! Three-point shooting was great, and we continuously broke a very good full court press. I really like Tunstall playing high post while Tibbs sets up down low. Ashley isn't flashy, but she got the job done during key points of the game. Rachel (Myers) and Sidney (Lambert)... you two need to keep shooting! Great job! Although we handled their press well, we failed to take care of the ball in the half court. EMU's traps caused multiple turnovers. I credit EMU, as they are a very quick and physical team. If we take care of the ball, we win by twenty. Good teams will fight back when behind, and that's exactly what Eastern did. Yes, we lost our composure late in the game, but we finished the job. I was hoping someone would "cherry-pick" the EMU press with three seconds to go, and fortunately, Carly drove to the basket to seal the deal! Once again, the officiating was terribly slanted against BGSU, but we've grown to expect that after four straight games, but we overcame it. When Sidney picked up a couple of early fouls, I was curious what would happen if she got in more serious foul trouble later on. I totally agree with Roos' decision to have Myers and Santoro bring the ball up the floor, mainly because Rachel Konieczki has been struggling quite a bit lately. I also liked the way we moved the ball around, as well, with less dribbling and more passing. That gave us a lot more open looks. All in all, great job, ladies! Beat those Rockets!!!

Agree! I just love seeing this team fight back after some pretty rough waters. Cannot wait to get to savage arena sat.
