BG/NIU Predictions

Post by BGSU33 »

We've got a first round bye in the MAC Tournament in our sights, and to secure one, a win in this game would be a big step in that direction. This is a game we should win in my opinion, but it's a road game in the MAC, and they're never easy. NIU is 5-1 at home in the MAC and has won four consecutive home games in the conference. I have a feeling this is another one that's going to come down to the wire again.

I also think it will be a close game, but the Falcons come through in the end again.

We've played well in spurts and awful during others. I think we have more good than bad in this one....

NIU has been good at home, and right now they are on a 3 game winless road trend, they're back at home looking to steal one. We arn't the best road team but i think we can pull this one out.

73-65

a closer game than the final score shows.

For those of you outside the BG area, like myself. The women's game will of course be available online through WBGU 88.1. The men's game will be available through NIU's website at http://www3.niu.edu/athletics/sportsnet/2004-mbb.htm .

We know what it's like putting uni's on football players. Injuries will do that to you.
