~ Bowling Green’s senior kicker, Tyler Tate, concluded his career with 56 made field goals, a school record, and with 352 career points, second in BG history. He did even better off the field.
~ Tate is slated to graduate next month with a 3.937 GPA in exercise science with a chemistry minor. On Wednesday, the National Football Foundation/College Hall of Fame named him to the Hampshire Honor Society for academic accomplishment. Kudos.
