Oh the problems are there. About two weeks ago I was in town and after practice the kickers came into the stadium from the practice fields and were working out during a competition drill. It was about as ugly as it could get. Miss after miss and miss, and even a few off the uprights. Those days of dreadful kicking from several years ago are alive and well again.

Can the DBs and Safeties look back for the ball. OSU receivers are taking them to town. Not one breakup pass as of yet.

Our DB's are living out a nightmare. And there's three more quarters to go.

I don't think we can take a whole lot from games like this. They're too fast to have any idea whether DB's will be OK come Maction. Same with DLine. I think the front 7 will be in good shape when we get into October.

On the bright side, I'm really impressed that the oline has created some holes and kept knapke clean so far.
