I would really question our coaches recruiting if they can't fill out a roster two years in a row. There has to be a guy out there.

I know Globe will probably add these later with more information but three new offers have been made recently per Verbalcommits.

6'9" 3* C Isaiah Charles from Omaha, NE
6'8" 2* PF Paul Atkinson, Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.

and a 2018 Class Offer

6'6" 2* PF Vincent Williams, Toledo St. Johns.

From Globetrotter's earlier recap.

2) Jaden Sayles 6-9 225 Cincinnati 2* (11-13-15)
Other Offers: We are the first.

We were first with an offer and PF Sayles only had three total, but the last one was from Akron and that was it for BG despite the fact Sayles will have four others with him at the position including three incoming Fr. this year.

I watched a bit of Williams and think he will go high major.

From a Bradley site.

One-time BU recruit Manuel (Manny) Patterson of Chicago Kenwood HS has set up his first 2 official visits to Wisconsin Green Bay on Sept 16-18 and Bowling Green on Sept 23-25. No report of plans for a Bradley visit.

We just landed 6'8" F Derek Koch from Northwestern HS in West Salem, Ohio. (Wayne County)

I have the displeasure of coaching against this kid every year and I like his game a lot. I think he's a catch for us, he's a legit 6'8" with a good post game and back to the basket play, but he's skilled. He can step out and shoot from the perimeter and handle the ball. Could be a Josh Almanson or Erik Marshall type.

Great to get the inside scoop. Looks like he had a couple stale offers from Oakland, Toledo and Ball State.

A PF who can face the basket and create from the wing is a tremendous asset offensively. It can really open up space in the lane for the guards to penetrate

I saw where one site had Derek Koch ranked as the #4 player in Ohio. Nice!

The big rumor around here (Wooster Area) was that he was gonna go to West Virginia. In the local paper today (Daily Record) there's an article about him signing and it says he was set on WVU but Huggy used the scholarship on someone else. I think this is kind of a big deal for Huger, hes a legit 3*, we got him over Toledo and he was potentially a Big 12 player.

His HS teammate Jordan Wright looks like a min-Stanley Johnson (with a much lower ceiling)
