I think Knapke was and still is the right choice to be the starter:
- I don't like QB controversies as much as others do, especially in a coach's first year.
- Knapke has been very loyal to the program and has stepped up when he's needed to. That's not the end-all be-all and Morgan should play if he really struggles. But I think there's something to be said for his leadership qualities.
- OSU's defense is young but talented.
- Our offense is vanilla enough that he will get rolling against softer opponents.

Morgan will be here for 3 more years - and wasn't he a 4-star recruit? Not to look forward too much, but a couple good recruiting classes (and coach has shown he can recruit) coupled with a young, promising QB? I think we're gonna be okay.
