Not over yet. They can still recover the onside kick. Wouldn't surprise me with our special teams

I hope John Wagner asks the coach what really pissed me off.

A win is a win but geez that was ugly. We won on a dropped two point conversion attempt. Effort was bad and adjustments just were not there. Lots will need to change to be competitive.

But hey, UND may win the MAC East this year ....

Absolutely pathetic. Finally got the stream fired up in time to see the missed 2pt (where we did NOTHING).

A complete and total joke to let this team look like they belong. Until proven otherwise I'm already putting Jinks in the Gregg Brandon realm. Chances are he's actually worse right now.

We better hope he figures his s**t out...if we Louis Orr the football program...good god...

And I'm a bit concerned about the new coaching staff. It looks like the guys weren't flying around like we are used to seeing. That is a lack of effort. Coaches are to provide that.

Someone on here said the assistants were largely spectators on the sideline. Not good. Coaching does not end when practice ends. That right there illustrates my biggest concern with this coaching staff. So young with so many first timers in a position. They may have the xs and os down but they don't have experience to handle coaching a variety of young men.

Well what coach would tell anyone to catch a missed field goal attempt in the end zone. I can see at the end of the game if you need to run it back to win the game. But why even attempt to catch it. He could have got tackled at the 5-yard line if he came all the way out. Instead we got the ball on the 20, should have had it at the 45. Bonehead move by whoever told him to catch it

Our previous 2 coaching staffs I had great faith in from Day1. In both cases they had extensive experience and success at previous stops in their same jobs. That bought leeway even if they did struggle early (Clawson had to rebuild from the ground up, Dino got to take over a well oiled machine). This group gets very little leeway from me because they're taking over a fantastic program, and I have no basis to believe they actually know what they're doing.

Very frustrating.

164 rush yards to 90 in ND's favor. That should tell the story.

I would like to know why you even have somebody back deep. That is a move for late in the half/game when you need a desperation return. There is no advantage whatsoever to have somebody back there during the normal course of the game. Not only did it open us up to a boneheaded return. It was one less person to try and BLOCK the kick.

I thought ND played well....they took a chance on the 2 pt play and I applaud them for it. Go for the win...

We looked very poor and have a sheet load of work to do. MTSU is gonna come in here and they are a good team.
