Let's hope like hell Fresno State has figured out how to play football in the last week.

I like leaving James in all game. I also like playing Morgan the whole game at Memphis. I don't think the team knows who they are yet. I think they went into OSU thinking they would win like they did last year. Well that bubble popped big time. Last week they started to identify themselves. This week was much better. The Defense really stepped it up and we had something that looked like a running game at times. Special teams were so so as I keep going back to the muff up at the beginning of the game that set up MTSU's first score. We are not where we were last year, but we are not out of it yet. 14 games is still in the cards.

Disagree. It's easy to complain about coaching when the team is losing. This wasn't about play calling.

I was surprised to see Knapke stay in the game once it was out of hand. Perhaps that was for the best. I don't think there will be much controversy if Jinks decides to start Morgan at Memphis.
There was some questionable calls. One drive stood out. Coppet and Cleveland had 7 rushes for 61 yards on the drive. Then Jinks goes with short yardage Wilson 4 straight times and we turn the ball over on downs. Another drive, 3rd and 2, 35 yard line, he runs a sweep play that loses 7 yards. So I disagree. Alot is on the coaches. Especially not going with Morgan the 2nd half.

I'd have to imagine that "in practice" Morgan isn't showing anything to get game time, thus less effective then Knapke. Hard to believe that he would be considered that less effective then whats being shown.

Two positives to take away ...
- great effort all around. Defense played well much of the game and never gave up, even when winded, even when getting no help from the offense.
- run game finally came alive today, largely out of necessity. When, not if, the passing game gets going, this offense is going to be special.

I have no problem with it. Show the local team. I just wish the Falcons were on over the air, too.

We are back to the Brandon era where the press conferences just piss me off. You thought about being Morgan in for his running? Really, you considered it!?

And admitting that your big halftime plan was to only call two plays!? Wtf

If you want to put someone in just for their running, put one of the best athletes in. You're not going to throw it in the weather even with your starting QB in, so no need to consider pass accuracy in this decision. Simply put Ronnie Moore in. He has some wildcat experience.

I'm still not impressed. Wasn't impressed with the quick hire. Wasn't impressed with his introductory press conference. Wasn't impressed with the lack of coaches resumes. Seems like he brought his 'buddies' with him. Not impressed with his post game and Monday interviews. Not impressed with the product on the field.

Ha Ha. I'm not a gymnast. Just expressing my opinions. I let it be known in January I wasn't happy with this hire. Wasn't happy with the staff assembled.

Maybe not the same but BG was on 24-2 if you use rabbit ears or an antennae. I would think every ESPN3 game could be shown locally on one of the alternate channels.

Haven't read through the thread yet so I apologize if I repeat something.

First 6 points. Six! Is all the point production BG has scored in the 2nd half. We stink!

Which leads me to lack of adjustments. Look like a decent team in the first quarter all three games. Then the opponent feels out what BG does well and then they are virtually shut down for 3 quarters.

I wasn't expecting BG to be nearly as good as the 2013 or 2015 team but I did expect something in line with 2014. They look more like 2010.

I wasn't critical of Dieter for leaving because he has a degree but I was so of Lewis. I can see why they both moved on now.

CBS has a contract to show SEC games live on CBS. WTOL Ch 11 is the only CBS affiliate in NW Ohio. I'm just wondering how they got around to not broadcasting the Alabama game to put on Toledo. Local bars and even DirecTV and Dish Network subscribers can't even get the game. You would think since Ch 11 and Fox 36 is now the same company they would have broadcasted the game on Fox 36 instead of Bones & Rozilli and Isles. I only bring this up because my parents are Alabama alum and wanted to watch the game. They left the BG game early to go home to watch it and they couldn't watch it. Went to Frickers and BDubs and they couldn't get it either.

KDOG? Did I miss something, we didn't score any points in the second half. Where did you get the six points at. Also, 2 of our touchdowns were on short fields. One from the 1 yard line after an INT. Another was after a fumbled punt and we started at the 21. Still want to know when we scored in the 2nd half.
