Re: Knapke or Morgan?
Oh I agree. The WR's have been lousy. Dropped passes, missed routes. This isn't all on Knapke. The coaching is not addressing all the problems.

Re: Knapke or Morgan?
A running game would benefit whichever signal caller we put out there. Being honest, no position should be safe and adjustments need to be made at a few skilled positions or the QB play will be duplicated regardless to which player plays.
Re: Knapke or Morgan?
Oh we have come into a perfect storm. I've waited to post in order to digest it all. Coach leaving, new inexperienced coaches coming in. Multiple ways of lost talent, graduation, transfers, foregoing Eligibility, backing out of recruiting commitments. Not sure we had depth at receivers, remember watching a couple now starters play last year and they dropped mj passes, injuries etc. Seen a true freshman play the game against Memphis at left guard, and other positions. Coaching maybe, limited talent maybe.....point is how can you tell where the problem is when you try to fix one leak when another opens. I wrote in a different link some time ago, before the season, I hope what happened to huger and basketball last year wouldn't be the case this year for football. It is.....we may not really see any true potential until next season.

Re: Knapke or Morgan?
Huger did fine last year. They went 16-18 and won a game in Cleveland....I'd be ecstatic if we had a similar level of success in football given the way we've started
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
