With high school football on Friday and homecoming on Saturday I don't think they will make it to Sunday. They thought they had enough sauce to get through the weekend but nope, so they will be closed for a few days and reopen for the weekend.
Where did you hear they were going to be closed on Thursday as well?
I've been watching the FB all day and their latest updates that I have seen still show that they're closing on Wednesday with plans to open back up on Thursday at 11.
I plan on being there around that time on Thursday, so if you're right I'll be seriously bummed.

Amen! We've been going there every Tuesday night for pizza for the last year or so, but I had my worst pizza there. The breadsticks with the Jalapeno cheese is excellent.
I know I'm vastly outnumbered but I MUCH prefer their pizza to the breadsticks.
I have fond memories of their pizza buffet sipping a Grolsch flip-top. Their breadsticks weren't as renowned back then, if I recall. They had a far superior beer offering back then too.

i stand by my words. The campus, on the whole, is ugly and damn cold in he Winter. That has nothing to do with the football team. The only nice area is around the older buildings and the Union with the green space, squirrels and mature trees. The buildings there look good and somewhat uniform. The rest of campus is ugly! A hodge podge of buildings which do not compliment each other and look like crap. The Stroh Center looks like an ugly sheet metal barn.
I lived in BG for 30 years and went to school there. The town is great but campus is damn ugly compared to most (however, TU's campus is uglier)!
Freak,
Chief loved his stay in BG. He also loved watching the game of hockey while cheering on good buddy Ryan Carpenter. He had a blast pounding the glass distracting the goalie. Imagine if they had one of those body suits his size. I bet he would have put it on.
Had a chance to eat at polleyes. Great food. I am more of a desert guy. Is that cookie place that bakes fresh to order still open? Heaven on earth to have a six hot chocolate chip cookies with milk

Sorry man, know you're a good dude and all, but seriously "too cheesy"? WTF... no longer respect your opinion on anything.
Literally every loves it. I have to assume I am wrong on this one.
Nah actually just giving you crap. I've known a lot of people that dislike Myle's over the years. Definitely a love it hate it type place. Not only is it an insane amount of cheese but they also burn the pizzas. I find burnt cheese to be one of the best foods ever so I love that, others not so much.
I thought about ordering Myles for dinner Thursday. When told I couldn't call in the order or ask for it to be delivered at a certain time, I decided nothing was worth that headache. So long, Myles Pizza. It was great knowing you while you were here. If I had 2 hours to kill standing in line to order a pizza, then pray to get that pizza before 9:00 PM that night, I would. Unfortunately, I have to work.

You are entitled to your opinion and I respect that. You are definitely in the minority, though. If I had to do it all again, no place I'd rather be than BGSU.

Eh...one person's stylistic hodge podge is another's stylistic compendium...a sort of architectural time capsule. The campus has an Island of misfit toys feel to it and I like that.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
Man do we need a win in football already, and badly. We're entering week 5 of the season and MAC play and our hot topic of conversation right now revolves around pizza and whether our campus is ugly or not. If that doesn't sums up what's going on with our team right now, I don't know what does.

We could be undefeated and ranked nationally having beaten Ohio state and the closure of Myles would still be a bigger story.
I commuted and worked in restaurants all through college...the sports thing wasn't on my schedule at all as a student (with a couple of exceptions). Closing out a weekend shift in Maumee and heading to Myle's and the bars with my mates? That's probably 60% of my best collegiate memories right there. The other 40% revolve around grades.. ;0
