I said it on another thread, we need to slow the pace down and focus more on a power running game in order to minimize the number of possessions our defense is on the field.
It is certainly part of the reason why the Ohio State and Memphis games got out of hand. I respect Jinks for basically continuing to run the offense he wanted to run in those games, giving the team practice on how he wants it done, and not worrying about the score too much. But all those three-and-outs (or turnovers) led to a lot of Buckeye and Tiger points.

Maybe it is time to adjust the approach to the team we have, at least for this season. But Jinks needs to balance that with giving Morgan reps in the kind of offense that he ultimately thinks will be the best, long term, at BGSU. It doesn't look like we will be going to a bowl game this year, so maybe we use the games we have to just get better.

There's something to be said for recognizing the limitations of your personnel vis a vis your system...there's also something to be said for biting the bullet and getting your system installed the way you want it installed right off the bat.

It's his job...so I'm inclined to say it's his call

The old Rich Rod conundrum. Do you put in your offense regardless of the talent, or do you play the hand you're dealt.

Ohhh...RichRod is a great analogy. Hopefully... Jinks fares better here than Rich did in AA
