I wouldn't say the play-calling was terrible. Execution from a few certain Defenders was questionable. If you're not going to go out and play 100% this staff better start benching a few players to send a message. JPFalcon knows whom I'm talking about. The major problem I have was misuse if timeouts. Just let them score at the end to give yourself more time for a possible come back. Or try to bleed time off the clock when we were going in for the tie. Stupid stupid penalties on late hits, facemask and P.I. Those are not on the coaches but the coaches can discipline those players. The team fought hard. Never gave up except for a few defensive players. Morgan will be just fine for the next 3 years.

What was wrong with the playcalling? The team scored its highest point total of the season by finally throwing the ball more downfield and getting guys in space. The coaching will have hiccups but I didn't see anything today to get upset about outside of the pooch kicks. I didn't think there was much wrong today outside of the final outcome, some blown coverages and bad penalties.

The play calling was fine. You are finally seeing the players who came in to play in an all up tempo/no defense system starting to buy into what is expected of them. I loved seeing us run first, and be successful at it. I do question the usage of time outs and not kicking deep in the 2nd half. That being said, we took a major step forward today and will be fine.

What a stupid headline to post after the best performance of the young team.

Best performance? Comical. You clearly accept losing as a "best performance". We are 1-6 guys, but great job. Oh, & we lost to Toledo, again! YOU ARE THE PROBLEM! I'm gonna call you Jinks from now on!

You can take away a lot from a loss if the guys play hard and never quit. They showed a ton of heart against a good team. And this is the first time we really opened up the offense. This game was a shootout and it really came down to who had the ball last. If the game went a bit slower, our last TD drive would have sent the game to OT or put the team in a two point conversion for the win situation.
