End of 2, BG leads 3-0. Shots showing 21-7, in favor of BG.

Bednard looking solid when tested. Third period struggle will be BG not having a player get hurt, and keeping their composure. Anchorage brought the dirty game tonight and getting away with it.

3rd place...with our schedule we could easily win the regular season if a few things break right. What a conference...Princeton and Ron Fogarty are a period away from sweeping Bemidji at Bemidji

2 double minors for roughing, 2 10 minute misconducts, and a pissed off Bergeron standing on the boards. I'd say that was a great third period for the officials. Thank God nobody ended up injured.

Hoping for a SWEEP next weekend! :-D  :-D

Congrats to Ryan Bednard for the shutout of the season and to Casey Linkenheld for his first collegiate goal!! :supz:

GO FALCONS!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Lake Superior has really cooled off the past few weeks. We could sweep up there...wouldn't be a big shock. I'd bet we split.
