Roster going forward this year and next

How I think we get into the MAC mix this year and maintain it the next two

2016-2017 1 scholarship available

1 Ali, Sr-Caldwell, Fr (Good, Fr)
2 Denny, Sr-Frye, Fr-Hluchoweckyj, So
3 Lillard, So-Fox, Jr-Turner, Fr
4 Alcegaire, Sr-Uju, Jr
5 Wiggins, So-Worrell, So

I know we are 1-4 but I think the last game atleast until the end we showed better then the first 4. I think the roster is coming together and this is how we win the MAC this year.

Point Guard
1. Ali, Sr-Needs to play under control and not take ill advised shots. He is at least adequate but can facilitate an offense and be solid on D.
2. Caldwell, Fr-Been a solid backup so far. Is very quick and score a bit.

Shooting Guard
1. Denny, Sr-Been playing solid last few games. Getting tons of boards and scoring points. Need him to keep playing like he is now and be steady.
2. Frye, Fr-Put up a nice statline last game and is improving each game. Needs to be steady and stretch the court when he is out there.
3. Hulu, So-Would be great if he was an explosive scorer/shooter off the bench.

Small Forward
1. Lillard, So-Needs to return to the explosive scorer heart of the offense guy that closed out the season so well for us last year. He can be the heart of the team but is playing like a rotational guy now.
2. Fox, Jr-Put on scholarship for this year which is great. He has been basically playing backup PF at 6-4 190 which is a bit nuts. If he can stretch the floor that will be great.
3. Turner, Fr-Would be great if he was an explosive scorer/shooter off the bench.

Power Forward
1. Alcegaire, Sr-Has been a solid scorer but his shot selection and how he shoots leaves a lot to be desired. If he could be more aggressive and stop fading away and shooting so early in the shot clock that would be great.
2. Uju, Jr-Returns and is a stud rebounder and may even stretch the floor if he can shoot like he did in the videos we say prior to the season.

Center
1. Wiggins, So-Has been great at the line which is awesome that he improved so much there. He needs to be more aggressive in the post as well.
2. Worrell, So-Been solid off the bench, needs to stay healthy and keep contributing off the bench. An ideal scenario allows him to pair with Wiggins much more so that we get much more size at times. Even if it's not all game.
3. Secret Transfer player who comes to play in the second half of the year.

4 Worrell, Jr-Uju, Sr-Koch, Fr
5 Wiggins, Jr-Gadson, Fr

Not sure if we have one scholarship available or if Fox or Denny get it. Fox is on scholarship atleast this year and Denny may not be able to get back that redshirt year. We could also have a scenario where either Hulu transfers or is redshirted dependent on injury and Uju could redshirt if the injury is bad enough.

Point Guard
Should be solid with Caldwell and Cummings for the next 3 years.

Shooting Guard
Hopefully Denny is back bug it not Lillard may start here or Frye or Turner or Hulu. We are not short the number of guards available.

Small Forward
Lillard should be solid there with Turner-Plowden and Fox backing him up.

Power Forward
Will be excited to see Worrell back at PF and have some depth here with Uju and Koch

Center
Wiggins with a legit backup in Gadsdon

Just read in PD that Lillard has a 6'5" brother at Central Cath. In CLE. Supposed to be coming off a broken ankle, but promising.
