Last year I believe they were announced on January 8 so I expect we'll see something announced soon.

Shouldn't it be the same schedule as last year just home and away flipped?

Yes indeed. Schedule will look like this:

Home:
South Dakota (9/9)
Northern Illinois
Toledo
Akron
Ohio

Away:
Michigan State (9/2)
Northwestern (9/16)
MTSU (9/23)
Eastern Michigan
Kent State
Buffalo
Miami
