Re: Ball St Time
Is ball st the actual team from hoosiers?
Re: Ball St Time
The movie Hoosiers was about a team called Hickory that played South Bend in the finals in Hinkle Fieldhouse. Finkle is the home of Butler Bulldogs. If you ever get to Indianapolis go to Hinkle. Alot of the arena will remind you of Anderson Arena.
Hickory is a made up town and school. The actual school was Milan High School and they played Muncie. The film was about the 1954 state championship game. Hinkle opened in 1928.

I meant because of all the white dudes in white unis
Re: Ball St Time
Did Lillard just join the team? Looks like the player of last two weeks of last season. Changes the entire dynamic of this team.
Re: Ball St Time
This 1st 8 minutes of the second half may be the best BG basketball I have seen in 35 years following BG basketball. Blocking shots, steals, players on their toes, making passes. Rebounding.
Re: Ball St Time
I'm in shock. Totally agree. And bench comes in and no drop off.

Weird technical causes us to lose our starting pg.
Their point guard looks like he would be the least likable human being to know in real life. My god that guy's face rubs me the wrong way.

Re: Ball St Time
Lillard has MAC player of the year talent. awesome that he found it. I wouldn't be surprised at all too see Wiggins on the first team or in the mix either. We are headed for good times. This roster is shaping up like the Matela, McCleod, Pardon years. Loving this.

A very nice road win. 1-1 in the MAC. Played Akron tough. Coming back home. Let's get a streak going.
