+1 -- it's amazing how every thread turns into a conversation about what CK would do, or how CK's hires are ruining everything. Although I must disagree on your second point (which is why I said +1 and not +2). If there's a twitter conversation about mac and cheese, no matter who is involved, I'm VERY interested.

No joke...I make a killer maple bacon mac and cheese. I'm thinking of branching out into buffalo chicken mac and cheese next

I make a killer lobster & crab Mac n Cheese. Topped with breadcrumbs. I think my Cheese and Seafood ratio is 2 to 1.

I go with 8-10 oz Gouda, 8-10 oz moderately sharp cheddar, 1 LB cooked bacon. There's also a cup or two of milk in there to get the cheese going. bacon grease and syrup to taste. Top with breadcrumbs and bake it out for 20 minutes....

Recipe calls for shallots and thyme also...but I think they detract...

Lobster crab mac and cheese sounds...interesting....that may be on the menu too

I have never had better Mac than my own. I'm not huge on additions though.

Simple bechamel mixed with a ratio of 1# medium cheddar and 1/2# gruyere per 1# cavatappi. Any other pasta shape is inferior.

I do add sriracha, dijion, and celery seeds to my bechamel also. Celery seed is obvious but the others are the as a background note, not enough for most people to really pick it out.

I just read that two football players, Redding and Folkertsma, practiced with the basketball team today. This has become beyond comical. God forbid one of these guys gets injured trying to help fill in for this extreme mess of a basketball team right now. SMH....wow.

Crazy part of this is that BG just sent out a "thank you" video for what our donations can mean. And Lillard is featured in it, mentioning ha's the 1st person in family to go to college, and how his scholarship meant so much. 2 suspensions in one yr. might mean a potential problem for his future.
