Hard to think that a 1st place team in a BG-KSU game wasn't BG. How times have changed. Lets hope the ladies can follow the men's lead from last night.

After watching tonight's game we all see the girls need to shoot better as a whole. I think we have good players. It is the coaching staff. We need coaches with energy and excitement. The players feed off the coaches energy ...I see none. We are in a lot of games just struggle to close. The potential is there we just need a coach to get it out of them.

I watch other teams offense and players are moving entire time. Our offense we stick girls in corner and run a high ball screen all game long. Just seems a lot of standing and contested shots.

I love basketball but this team pains me to watch. Tired of hearing Roos say "tail of two halves" it is time to get the job done. She needs to stop making excuses and own up to this mess.

Our players play with absolutely no resolve, whatsoever. The opposition always imposes their will upon us, and we just let them do it. The paint is a curse to our Falcons, on both ends of the floor. We can't stop their offense in the paint, and our offense stinks in the paint. I would almost bet that our field goal percentage inside the paint is less than 30%, as the basketball usually turns into a brick upon release of the shot. Why do we drive to the basket when most of the time we get blocked or stripped, providing we're not committing charging fouls or throwing bricks at the basket. I would like to see the three freshmen (Cecil, Thompson, and Uecker) play a 3-on-3 game with the three seniors (Konieckzski, Siefker, and Tunstall). I truly believe the freshmen would win handily. Just when I thought the Falcons couldn't play any worse, their play has gone from the toilet to the septic tank! I believe Andrea Cecil led the Falcons with 14 points, as I'm still convinced she should be a starter and play as many minutes as she can physically handle. Santoro and Lambert, if they put their minds to it, have the potential to lead the offense, but neither of them showed much drive. Roos has no clue as to how to make any improvements, buy she needs to think about doing SOMETHING different. Otherwise, she needs to be seeking another position.

And stop substituting every 45 freaking seconds. Let the players get into some type of rhythm. At this point I would rather see a first-team and second-team. Play one team of five players for five minutes and then substitute an entirely new team of five for the second half of the quarter. Let each team gel and learn how to play with each other

Last night we lost on foul shots, some nights we win one half but lose the game, other nights we lose on 3 point shots or our inside game. Bottom line is we CONSISTANLY LOSE!!!! For someone to get paid almost $270,000. to coach this badly is robbery!!!!! Show some integrity, admit you aren't getting the job done and resign so this program can get back on top!
