Sounds fair. At schools like OSU and Notre Dame, after room, board, and travel expenses, the kids could live lavishly and graduate college wealthy.
This approach would barely matter to the mid-major players, who work just as hard and aren't recognized by the media. They'd cover everything and generally break-even.
