Get Clair open in the screen game. Guyton in the slot and utilize the TE. We don't need to force it 30 yards down the field. 5 yards is just fine. Control the clock. Sustain the drive.

That looked too easy. NIU pass offense was on target and the runs were getting the job done. And NIU showed some tempo. Defense has their hands full today.

That sweep to Pough was not smart because it was too cute. NIU has size and speed on defense. Don't be cute, just run the base offense.

That was complete b.s. We had the first down. The ref blew the whistle for play and the ball spotter was out of the way!! That was a legal play and we got screwed on that call.

Oh boy, defense overpursued the jet sweep and let the QB run wild again. The QB run is at it again. If the defense improves on anything, it has to be run defense.
