Starting to get a bit more optimistic about the team. Still have not watched more than a series but I have been lurking in here. My optimism comes from the fact that it seems like we have some bricks to build upon for next year. Doegge seems like a pretty solid QB. We have Clair at RB. Miller and Guyton at WR.
For those who have actually watched the games. Where are the other Bricks?

Re: Bricks to build upon
Matt WIlcox in the return game, for sure. And if he improves his hands and route running (as will probably be the case after his freshman season in college) he can be an impact receiver, as well.
Cam Jeffries, Jamari Bozeman, Fred Garth, Marcus Milton, Montre Gregory will all be back next year to help the secondary. While not perfect by any means, they've been much better than this year, and they will be much more experienced collectively next year.
Brandon Harris will be back to anchor the linebackers next season.
Caleb Bright shows promise on the offensive line. Another year of experience will help tremendously. We'll be a young O-line next year, but one that has a lot of talent.
Kyle Junior, Josh Croslen, David Konowalski, and Nico Lautanen will be back on the defensive line.
And Suder will be back to kick, too.
This team returns a lot of talent next year, and it may have the experience to start getting things turned around.

MUST have a solid O line. While the injuries have piled up on the OL, guys are getting meaningful experience. We are taking some lumps now but it could really pay off.

WR Janarvis Pough, a sophomore, has decent size at 6 foot 2. I bet he becomes a bigger deal next season.

Not mentioned so far, is the need to develop a STRONG defensive line, a necessity in getting QB pressure vs today's offenses.
I'm not sure how many sacks or even "hurries" or pressures achieved by this current group which puts extraordinary pressure on the LBs and DBs.
As far as the coaching staff is concerned, there's no doubt at least a couple of more experienced asSt. Coaches would help. Make some good staff changes, not an entire housecleaning.
