One guy had a chance to tackle Seymore, and failed, ouch.

That's a given, but who is going to trust a Jinks hire to turn this around? I'm not.

I'm afraid that's the end of the game, four minutes into the second half. Three possession game and we cannot play to play stop their offense.

I'm zoning out when they have the ball...Doege, Clair and the WR's have been entertaining as hell tonight. If we can get any kind of supporting cast for Doege and Clair...we might even overcome having a HS coach

I am sitting here shaking my head at how composed Doege is for a freshman. Twice now he has had a bobbled snap and turned it into a big play. He's really impressive. So is Claire. It's just a damn shame they don't have even a bit of defense on this team; if they did, they would have had a chance to win this game. Like I've said before: the future with the offense is very bright...but I have NO faith in Jinks to get the defense fixed; or stop the undisciplined behavior (penalties, etc.) that has plagued this team during his tenure.

Here's another one...Doege and Clair don't come here if someone else is coaching

You really don't know that...and if you're going to throw suppositions out there, here's another: it's possible with a better coach at BG, they might actually have had BETTER players in their place...so you can play that game until the universe implodes and never know the truth.

Nope...I can say that neither comes here without Jinks with 100% certainty

That Doege has a brilliant future. He's going to enter next season as the trendy pick for MAC POY. And Clair will be right with him. Those two in the backfield make for something special. Now we need more consistent offensive line play and some defense.

And I'm done with this game. Defense let the offense down time and time again. I'm hoping for a new DC next year.

It'd be great to bring Nick Monroe back as DC ...we'd start getting some FL kids again and he'd up our twitter game considerably

Here is an interesting stat. With the TD tonight Clair now has 6 total TD this year. Also, Redding recorded his 6th TD as well. In one game Seymour of UT has 5 TD.

Is Clair hurt? He must be. Why else would he not be in the game with a first and goal inside the 5?
