Well let's see. Hockey defense is iffy. Football defense is well we won't talk about that. So basketball fits right in with other BG Defense.

Ball State still shocking Notre Dame.

We just let the guy we are defending go straight by us and then go back on offense and fire up threes. This is how I play in 35 and older basketball. Is Frye terrible at D and I am just now noticing?

I really hope this isn't a team that cares more about their stats than winning. That's the feeling I got tonight. I have not gotten that before.

DeMageo Wiggins took 1 shot. I am assuming 3 total because he had 4 foul shots. How does your big man who is averaging 14 points only take one shot?

Wiggins has more turnovers than SHOT ATTEMPTS!!!!

Hopefully Huger and staff will learn from this game.

I'll tell you. Because he is a party cake. I'll leave the other not so nice words out. He's never in position on offense. The only time he gets an offensive rebound is by luck. He's worthless on offense.

The story is going to be they couldn't miss. They couldn't miss because they were left wide open. The Defense was the worst I have ever seen. Bad help defense. Bad on the ball defense. Just atrocious. Is it finals week? Did all of their girlfriends break up with them?

Don't let those 14 pts fool you. Many of his points to boost his average have come in the last few minutes were teams were fouling.

Sounds crazy but you have to bench him. The talent is there but if he won't be aggressive it doesn't do much for us.

Evansville shot the F out of the ball, especially from three and at the line. That was pretty remarkable. And that game was without their best player. FWIW, they were picked next to last in the MVC even with him. I think we got a solid reality check tonight.

We were gonna out destroyed I'm every facet of the game tonight. Yes, they don't the s**t out of the ball to make the margin a little worse than it could have been, but it's not like many of those threes were contested.

Koch and Wiggins are going to be an issue for us. Neither can forward anybody, especially any big that can step out further.

And our guards that can play at least passable defense are all under sized. Playing a team that screens so much like that it's really obvious how easily Frye, Cummings, and Caldwell are over powered.

For the life of me I'll never understand why Fox gets minutes. He cannot guard anybody and doesn't get any shots unless the opponent forgets he's on the floor.

We can play solid offense but we really struggle defending these physical teams. This game was screaming for gadson and he didn't play at all
